Goals for my students: To be successful at basic math, reading, and writing. To be open-minded and think outside of the box. I want my students to be able to do their work with minimum help as possible but if they are struggling to be able to come ask for help.
I view students as learners by them sitting in the classroom and actively listening, participating, and taking notes.
I wil use technology in the classroom if there is something my class finds interesting on the topic they are learning. Also, it will be used by research and videos that pertain to the topic.
The biggest challenge to the education profession today is getting the students to have motivation to learn and enjoy learning.
